MCA Awards shortlisted 2013

Challenge Consulting has won the prestigious MCA ‘Change Management in the Private Sector’ award. We were selected on the strength of our work with Hitachi Capital UK, helping double its profits within a year to £50m and transforming the organisation into one of the most successful businesses in Asset Finance.  Competition for the awards was particularly fierce this year, with two other projects being Highly Commended in this category. Well done to the whole Hitachi and Challenge team for their excellent work.

UK lessors need to raise their game

Asset Finance International (AFI) today published an interesting report on a Department of Business Innovation & Skills Small Business Survey (SBS) 2012 that polled some 5,723 SME employers between June and September 2012 on a variety of finance-related issues.  The thrust of the AFI report is captured perfectly by its headline: “government report suggests that UK lessors need to raise their game in terms of market awareness”.
