Alex Lindsey-Clark

Alex is an experienced management consultant and deployment leader with a consultancy career spanning 20 years. He has assisted leading companies to improve their operational performance by utilising a variety of structured improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma. 

His experience covers the delivery of improvement programmes in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Technology, Life Science, Retail and Public Sector. He has worked across clients’ supply / service chains to design and implement improvement initiatives that deliver sustainable results.

Alex’s key strength is his ability to help clients think differently about why they do what they do – he constructively challenges thinking to stimulate new insights into underlying performance issues and equally to generate development of innovative and sustainable process changes that have direct and positive bottom- line impacts.
