Alexandra Wipf

Alex is a specialist in business transformation and change management, with over 15 years business experience. She started her career with McKinsey, before taking on a senior manager role at a Financial Services Firm and then returning to her passion of helping organisations to change. Alex has worked on change projects across many different industries, including Media, Biotech, Food, Insurance, Pharma and Financial Services. She supports her clients in defining, implementing and embedding long term transformational change at both strategic and operational levels. Recent projects in Financial Services have been focussed in the areas of Process Improvement, OD and OpModel review and redesign.
