Amelia Berriman

Amelia is an experienced business and change programme architect and manager. She works with clients on delivering major change initiatives from initial conception through to programme closure. At home with both Board level and operations people, Amelia balances a strong focus on results with the shifting dynamic of stakeholders and employees. Having worked in industry and a Big Four consultancy Amelia draws on her broad experience to help clients deliver successful and performance enhancing change. Her work at Challenge has included managing complex workstreams within wholesale banking and asset finance integration programmes.
