Chris is the co-founder and Managing Director of Challenge Consulting. He has worked in the profession for almost 30 years and his consulting career includes Deloitte, Ernst and Young, BDO Stoy Hayward and OASiS/Sybase. His management consulting experience includes strategy, transformation, new business appraisal and business performance improvement, organisational design, operating model design, change management, programme management, customer value determination and customer market segmentation. He has worked cross-industry, including the public sector. In recent years, Chris has led much of our work in Financial Services.
