Emma joined Challenge Consulting in 2003 after five years in a variety of change management and commercial roles at Tesco plc. Working for a market leading retailer provided invaluable hands on business experience, building on Emma’s previous five years spent at a pioneering business re-engineering consultancy. Since joining Challenge, Emma has worked on the majority of our transformation programmes across a wide variety of sectors and organisations. Emma’s personable and empathetic approach allows her to quickly gain trust and get to the heart of the issues and opportunities that will drive sustainable change and business improvement.
