Jeff Herman

Jeff combines the skills of project and change management with extensive line management and consulting experience covering all aspects of financial management.  Jeff typically works with banks, asset finance companies and insurers to improve finance and operational efficiencies, design target operating models, restructure finance shared service centres and develop business cases for major change programmes.  Jeff is able to combine his business and financial analysis skills, with a customer focus to link a range of financial management, process design, ICT and business issues.  A key strength is Jeff’s ability to bridge the gap between strategy and implementation and provide new insights and competitive advantages to mature business models. His work at Challenge has included the design of an asset finance organisational model, with supporting operational processes, to establish asset finance capability across a number of European countries. Jeff is a Chartered Accountant, MBA and Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants.
