Paul Roberts

Paul has worked with Challenge as an Associate since 2014. He is a highly experienced project, programme and change management consultant, and an accomplished trainer and educator. He has worked in a diverse range of change initiatives, organisations and industries including financial services, motor, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, retail, communications, Third Sector and public health. Paul specialises in the development and implementation of project, programme and business management processes and capabilities, as well as their lasting adoption within complex, global organisations. This has included the design, development and implementation of operating models and value propositions which address complex institutional and commercial challenges. Paul brings over twenty-five years professional consulting experience to these initiatives, together with a further decade’s worth of project and change management expertise.
