Stuart Kinsey

Stuart started working with Challenge in 2012, having previously spent 23 years in the banking and asset finance industries, where his experience ranged from frontline branch management to senior line roles in strategy and change, particularly during several high profile mergers.

With Challenge, Stuart has continued to work primarily in financial services.  Assignments in banking have ranged from redesigning core operating models for business divisions, to embedding new enterprise-wide models of procurement and supplier management.  In Asset Finance Stuart has defined and led a number of change programmes, including the operational integration of three contract hire companies, and a strategic systems renewal project.
